The stay was great with friendly service and comfortable accommodations, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of foods while the staff was always polite.

Everything is first-class, the room is well-appointed and air-conditioned with microwave and mini fridge, for instance. Great service, the breakfast is warm.

The venue is clean and the location is great, really close to Biltmore House, Asheville, outlets, Biltmore, and Blue Ridge Parkway. The breakfast is delicious with nice food.

The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The rooms and facilities were very clean. The Hotel has good soundproofing, as I could barely hear other guests walking up and down the hall. We enjoyed the indoor pool spa and workout room. For the places we expected to drive to (Biltmore, Black Mountain, etc.) the Hotel was in a good location.

From the booking website we were led to believe that the hotel was much closer to downtown Asheville than we expected. The Hotel is in reality a ten minute drive to downtown Asheville. We expected to be able to walk or ride bikes to downtown and instead had to travel by car and search for/pay for parking.

The hotel was well staff, run, maintained. The rooms were clean and the staff very accommodating and friendly.

The price was higher than other hotels and I was not allowed to add points to my Hampton membership card because they told me that I booked through Booked.net. Please look into that and allow members of hotels to acquire points.

Had a great stay out of town after the holidays. Really enjoyed this affordable hotel, great location, and high-quality rooms. The airport was 9 miles away. All of the staff members were exceptionally kind and super friendly.

Problem w/ WIFI

Comp Breakfasts were good, staff polite & helpful. Single elevator was often slow & crowded... Had tote wurst extra towels though they were aware there were 3 persons in room.

The place was nicely decorated and popular and the staff were well experienced, the location was favourable close to airport with free shuttle. Location: the hotel was so close to food area. Popped in Stone Ridge Tavern for shots before sleep, it was relatively close to the venue.

The hotel is conveniently located right off I-26 and near I-40, making it easy to access local businesses. The room was clean and comfortable, with a friendly and inviting decor. The staff was courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any needs. The breakfast provided a variety of options, and the pool area was bright and pleasant.

The hotel is a bit far from the Biltmore, requiring a 10 to 15-minute drive.

It was nice and quiet, great people at the front desk. Just overall Nice If and when we return to Ashville we will be staying with you folks

Great location to interstaes and local businesses.

According to the front desk, Booked.net did not sent all the information to them. The didn't have my request for lowest floor possible. All their handicapped parking was inthe rear of the hotel and no convenient.

The staff is amazingly nice. The breakfast is enjoyable. The location is a short walk to the fabulous Biltmore Estate and multiple restaurants. The rooms are large and have fabulous views of the mountains. There is a huge variety of supplies like air conditioning and WiFi.

No view of the mountains, but the grounds were very well kept, so that compensated for the lack of view.

It was nice and clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.

It was very basic. The pool was very small and not relaxing at all as it was the hangout for the kids, which is great for families, not so great for a couple heading there to relax.
